How it works
With Plan Look App you can share your work calendar with anyone outside your company, in a few simple steps.
Share your calendar
After the installation, select the PlanLookApp icon on the Outlook toolbar. Enter the e-mail of the recipient in the form (and press enter on the keyboard) and choose the calendar time frame you want to share with your partner. Finally, click ” Submit.”
Using the shared calendar
The recipient simply needs to download the attachment from the email received and add the file to his or her calendar. In this way, scheduling a new appointment will be super easy.
